CRUSH, Tuesday May 9th @ 6PM (at Proof Fitness West Main)
Intervals of cardio and strength training will boost your metabolic rate, and specific heart training will help you reach your OPTIMUM heart rate zone ensuring that you continue to burn calories long after you leave our state of the art MOVE Studio! Treadmills, water rowers, TRX straps, Bosu balls and more-we will not hold anything back in this class!
ChiZleD, Thursday May 11th @ 6PM (at Proof Fitness West Main)
Targeting the glutes and core, this class will sculpt and shape muscles with a series of toning exercises from large, dynamic movements to small, isolated movements designed to lift and tighten.
Mat Pilates, Saturday May 13th @ 10AM (at Proof Fitness West Main)
A system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body, this class expands beyond the basic Pilates repertoire and is designed for healthy bodies that can successfully demonstrate proper alignment and core stability. This is an advanced class. It is fast paced and involves some complex choreography.
