Proof Performance Training LCA

Proof Fitness is proud to announce our partnership with LCA Athletics to offer young athletes PROOF Performance Training, created by Tony Sandoval!

Tony holds a Masters Degree from Sacramento State in Exercise Science, with an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning. He has over 31 years of experience in training college athletes at UCLA, University of Colorado, University of Pacific, and most recently, the University of Kentucky Football Team.

Program Details

This is an 8-Week Program that consists of 3 hour and a half long training sessions per week, or 2 hour and a half long training sessions per week depending on training season.
Included in the PROOF Performance Training Program is a 60-day membership for athletes to use for the duration of the program, as well as a 7-day complimentary guest pass for parents or legal guardians!

Dates & Times

All sessions will be held at Proof Fitness on West Main.

  • The schedule for athletes who are currently training:
    • Tuesday and Thursday, 4:15P-5:45P
    • Saturday, 9A-10:30A
  • The schedule for athletes not currently training:
    • Monday and Friday, 4:15P-5:45P
