Proof Fitness is proud to announce our partnership with LCA Athletics to offer young athletes PROOF Performance Training, created by Tony Sandoval!
Tony holds a Masters Degree from Sacramento State in Exercise Science, with an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning. He has over 31 years of experience in training college athletes at UCLA, University of Colorado, University of Pacific, and most recently, the University of Kentucky Football Team.
This is an 8-Week Program that consists of 3 hour and a half long training sessions per week, or 2 hour and a half long training sessions per week depending on training season.
Included in the PROOF Performance Training Program is a 60-day membership for athletes to use for the duration of the program, as well as a 7-day complimentary guest pass for parents or legal guardians!
