Speed and Agility Camp

Tony holds a Masters Degree from Sacramento State in Exercise Science, with an emphasis on Strength & Conditioning. He has over 13 years of experience in training college athletes at 
UCLA, University of Colorado, University of Pacific, and most recently, the University of Kentucky Football Team.

Program Details

The Proof Sports Performance Speed and Agility Program consists of two 4-Week Camps with 12 Training Sessions per camp, $25 per session for a total of $300 for 4 weeks.

Included in the PROOF Performance Training Program is a 30-day membership for athletes to use for the duration of the program, as well as the option for a 30-day membership for parents or legal guardians!

Dates & Times

All sessions will begin May 30th and will be held at Proof Fitness on West Main.

Session A (May 30th - July 2nd)

Wednesday, Friday and Monday

Group 1: 9AM - 10AM

Group 2: 10AM - 11AM

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Session B (July 10th - August 10th)
