Teresa has been a member of the Proof Family from the beginning. She says we have made a huge impact on her life and overall health, but Teresa inspires the Proof Team everyday. Whether she’s taking a sledge hammer to a tire or deadlifting a new weight, there’s nothing that Teresa can’t do!


Charity came to Proof a couple years ago because of the impact her life and overall health had from Lyme Disease. Day to day movement and activity was difficult, paired with the fact that she was having constant seizures, so Charity decided to fight it once it for all. She took control of her disease instead of letting it control her by getting healthy.


Regan joined the Proof Family 3 years ago, and has been an amazing example of loving your body, hard work and using Fitness as a release. She is loving the way her body has transformed through building more muscle in her training with Training Director Rachel McCord!


Erin joined the Proof Family over a year ago, and has been living out our motto that “real women sweat”! She trains with our Training Director Rachel McCord, and has been loving the muscle and definition she has seen as a result. Erin has loved being a member of Proof Fitness so much that she now teaches our TKO class, and has quickly become a favorite!
