In order to provide the best workout experience at Proof Fitness, all members and guests must observe the following rules:  

  • Proper Workout Attire Required
  • No Open Toed Shoes
  • Rack All Weights In Proper Locations After Use
  • If You Sweat On It Wipe It Off
  • No Swearing, Spitting Or Yelling
  • No Chalk Allowed
  • No Throwing, Slamming Or Dropping Weights Or Dumbells
  • No Cell Phone Conversations On Workout Floor Or Locker Rooms
  • We Are Not Responsible For Lost Or Stolen Items
  • Be Respectful Of Others, And The Equipment
  • Always Give 100% Of What You Have
  • Smile, Because You Are Getting Healthier
